Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a whole;
• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last item, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by email to info@bellamire.de).  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The exact return address will be provided when the right of withdrawal is exercised.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% applies to returns. However, you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement itself.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The item must be returned in its original condition and with all accompanying tags/labels.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the trader’s control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
