Warranty Policy

General information
LAJ Studio, Elßholzstraße 15, 10781 Berlin (hereinafter “Bellamire” or “we”), grants consumers a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty (hereinafter “Bellamire Warranty”) for selected products in addition to the statutory warranty rights, under the conditions and within the scope described below. The consumer’s statutory warranty claims against the seller remain unaffected and are neither replaced nor restricted by this warranty.

A “consumer” within the meaning of this warranty statement is any natural person who has purchased the product for private purposes and not in the course of a commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Scope & eligible products
The Bellamire Warranty applies exclusively to the following products purchased on or after 24 February 2026 (the purchase date on the proof of purchase is decisive) via the official online shop https://bellamire.de/:

• FLORENCE' JOURNEY BAG
• CLAIRE' CITY BAG
• AVELINE' ESSENTIAL BAG

Products purchased via third-party providers, marketplaces, or other sales channels are excluded from the Bellamire Warranty. The warranty is valid within the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union.

Warranty coverage & warranty period
The Bellamire Warranty is valid for 6 months from the product’s purchase date (the date on the proof of purchase is decisive). Within this period, Bellamire warrants that the eligible products listed above are free from material and workmanship defects.

Under this warranty, only defects that are demonstrably due to a production, material, or workmanship defect are covered.

Exclusions
The Bellamire Warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by any of the following:

• Normal wear and tear from intended use (e.g., minor signs of use, scratches, superficial abrasion, fading due to sunlight exposure)
• Improper use, overloading, or use for purposes other than intended
• Accidents, drops, mechanical damage, or third-party influence
• Contact with liquids, chemicals, solvents, cosmetic products, or other substances that affect the material
• Improper storage (e.g., intense heat, humidity, prolonged direct sunlight)
• Independent repair or modification attempts by the customer or unauthorized third parties
• Aesthetic complaints that do not affect the functionality of the product (e.g., minor color deviations, natural material variations)

In addition, the following cases are excluded from the warranty:

• Products whose purchase date is more than 6 months in the past
• Products not purchased via the official online shop https://bellamire.de/
• Products received as goodwill gestures, gift campaigns, or free promotions
• Products privately resold or transferred by the customer
• Products not listed above as eligible products

Warranty service
In a recognized warranty case, we will remedy the defect at our sole discretion, in particular by:

• Repairing the original product, provided the defect can be technically remedied,
• Replacing the product with an identical or equivalent product (possibly a successor model or in a different color if the original product is no longer available), or
• Refunding or partially refunding the purchase price.

The choice of warranty service (repair, replacement, or refund) is solely at Bellamire’s discretion.

Each product can be claimed under the warranty only once per order and variant (color/size). A renewed warranty claim for a replacement product is only possible if the defect is asserted within the original 6-month warranty period calculated from the purchase date of the initial order.

How to make a warranty claim
To claim the Bellamire Warranty, the customer must fully complete the complaint form on https://bellamire.de/pages/bellamire-warranty. Submitting a claim via any other channel (e.g., email or phone) is not possible.

The following information and evidence are mandatory for processing the warranty claim:

• Order number and purchase date
• Clear photos of the defect showing the product, the type of defect, and—where applicable—the Bellamire logo clearly
• A brief description of the defect and the circumstances under which it occurred

Incomplete submissions or submissions without meaningful photos cannot be processed. After the form is received, the customer will be informed about the next steps in the complaint process. In an accepted warranty case, the customer always bears the direct shipping costs for sending the product to Bellamire. Bellamire covers the return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement product to the customer within Germany.

Warranty claims must be made without undue delay, but no later than 2 months after becoming aware of the defect. After this period, asserting rights under this warranty is excluded.

Claims for gifts
If an eligible product was given as a gift, the recipient may only make a warranty claim if they have all relevant purchase details of the original buyer (email address, order number, name, and shipping address of the original order). These details must be entered unchanged into the complaint form.

Note on statutory warranty rights (§ 477 BGB)
Regardless of this voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, the consumer retains statutory warranty rights against the respective seller in full. At the consumer’s free choice, the legally regulated buyer rights for defects—especially subsequent performance, withdrawal, reduction of the purchase price, or damages (see § 437 BGB)—as well as the applicable limitation periods (§ 438 BGB), may be asserted against the seller even without invoking this warranty.

Liability
This warranty statement does not grant any claim for compensation for consequential damages of any kind or other damage claims. This does not apply to mandatory statutory liability provisions, in particular under the Product Liability Act, as well as liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

Reservation
The Bellamire Warranty is a voluntary and non-binding service provided by LAJ Studio. Bellamire reserves the right to amend or discontinue this warranty statement at any time and without stating reasons. For products already purchased, the warranty conditions valid at the time of purchase shall apply.
